An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading building services provider on a high-profile commercial site in Victoria. You will oversee planned standard maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across electrical and mechanical systems, coordinate specialist contractors, troubleshoot complex faults, and maintain excellent working relationships with client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Execution: Oversee and deliver PPMs and reactive tasks for commercial systems, including Single & Three-Phase Power, Motors, Generators (load testing), UPS, LV/HV Switching, Switchgear, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinklers, Pumps, and BMS operations.
Safety & Compliance: Execute safe isolations, manage Permits to Work, produce RAMS, update site logbooks, and enforce statutory regulations and health & safety best practices.
Contractor & Client Liaison: Schedule sub-contractors, lead client meetings, communicate progress on remedial works, and keep the Account Manager regularly updated.
Administration: Log, update, and close work orders using a PDA system.
Requirements
Formal Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent in Electrical Installations/Engineering).
Minimum 5 years of commercial building services maintenance experience.
Strong technical understanding of commercial M&E infrastructure.
Driven, professional, and confident in client-facing scenarios.
Package & Benefits
Base Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
