An exciting opening for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a privately owned and highly reputable building services organisation on a commercial property in Cambridge. As a maintenance provider, who continues to be successful in the market, the company offers a great place to work, giving all the support and training required to help their engineers in their roles.

Working as part of a Team of 3 on site, we are looking for a Multi Skilled engineer with either Electrical or Mechanical  City and Guilds qualifications. The Engineer will manage landlord planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, while being responsible for log books, supervising contractors and other relevant paperwork.

This is a great opportunity to join a privately owned business who look after their employees, working Monday to Friday, 8-5.

Duties

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• BMS Operation
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Generators
• VAV/VRFs
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Cooling Towers
• Pumps & Motors
• Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations

Requirements

• City and Guilds qualifications in either Electrical or Mechanical disciplines
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing

Package

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00
• No call out
• £45,000 per annum
