Day Shift Engineer

£45,000 - £48,000

We have a brand new role for a Day Shift Engineer to join our client on a commercial space based in Liverpool Street! Our client is offering the successful candidate career progression and additional training, external training and AP status.

This is a static role, that follows a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, day shift only.

As a Day Shift Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E systems, fault finding / troubleshooting, diagnose faults, respond to emergencies, update site logbooks and liaise with contractors.

Day Shift Engineer Duties:

• PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation ,AHUs, FCUs, Generators, VAV/VRFs, Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc)., Cooling Towers, Pumps & Motors
• Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations
• Communicate with the client 

Day Shift Engineer Requirements:

• City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering 
• Apprentice trained (Desirable)
• Building service maintenance experience
• At least 3 years experience within commercial property maintenance 

Salary and Package:

• £45,000 - £48,000 per annum 
• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, day shift only
