We've got a brand new opportunity for a Day Shift Engineer to join our client on a high end commercial site based in the West End! This is a brilliant chance to work for a market leading service provider who are well renowned for progressing their engineers further in their career.

This is a static role, following a continental shift pattern (Day shift only)

As a Day Shift Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant systems, troublehsoot / fault find, diagnose faults, carry out compliance tasks, liaise with contractors and upadte site logbooks.

Day Shift Engineer Duties:

• PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation ,AHUs, FCUs, Generators, VAV/VRFs, Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc)., Cooling Towers, Pumps & Motors
• Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations
• Communicate with the client 

Requirements:

• City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering 
• Apprentice trained (Desirable)
• Building service maintenance experience
• At least 3 years experience within commercial building services 

Salary and Package:

• £48,000 per annum 
• Private health and dental care provided 
• Continental shift pattern (Day shift pattern)
