Maintenance Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s expanding commercial maintenance team in Mayfair, within London’s prestigious West End. You’ll be working with a privately owned Building Services Provider, delivering planned preventative (PPM) and reactive maintenance across five high-end commercial properties, all within walking distance of each other.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites
• Perform plumbing and water system maintenance (taps, valves, toilets, leaks, pipework, water treatment, tap temperatures)
• Maintain legionella control and awareness
• Service and repair AHUs and FCUs
• Conduct plant room inspections and general building checks
• Test and maintain emergency lighting and fire alarms
• Undertake fabric and general maintenance works as required

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance
• Strong client-facing skills with a professional attitude
• Proactive and positive work ethic

Benefits

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
