Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a proactive, organised, and hands-on professional to take ownership of our facilities operations, ensuring our sites are safe, efficient, and compliant while providing an exceptional environment for our teams and visitors.
About the Role:
As Facilities Manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of our buildings, maintenance contracts, and service providers. You’ll oversee everything from health and safety compliance to space planning, budgets, and sustainability initiatives.
You’ll lead a small team and work closely with senior management to deliver high-quality facilities services that support the organisation’s goals and create a safe, well-maintained workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all aspects of building services, maintenance, and repairs
- Oversee contractors and service providers, ensuring SLAs are met and value for money achieved
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and statutory requirements
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting and cost control
- Lead sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
- Manage space planning, office moves, and refurbishments
- Oversee security, cleaning, catering, and waste management contracts
About You: - Proven experience in a Facilities Management role, ideally within a multi-site or complex environment
- Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Confident managing budgets and negotiating with suppliers
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. IWFM, NEBOSH, IOSH) desirable
