We are working with a leading FM service provider to recruit a engineering manager to oversee Hard FM operations at a high-tech site in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to join a strong team, manage key client relationships, and drive performance on a prestigious contract.

The Role:

• Lead and manage a team of 5 engineers including a supervisor
• Oversee Hard FM services across two buildings (offices, labs, and production areas)
• Ensure statutory compliance and interrogate the PPM regime
• Support the Account Lead with client relationship management
• Drive continuous improvement and asset management planning
• Manage budgets, produce reports, and oversee small project works
• Recruit, develop, and support engineering staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong management and operational experience within Hard FM
• M&E background (qualified engineer)
• Proven client-facing experience and ability to build relationships
• Budget management and reporting experience
