Mobile Mechanical Engineer
Central London
£42,000 - £44,000 + Bonus 

We currently have a great opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join an established privately owned maintenance provider. This role will see you covering five commercial sites, four in Central London and one in Leatherhead, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across building services.

In this role, you will be expected to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks and respond to any on-site emergencies. To be successful, you will need to be a motivated individual who thrives in a client-facing environment. You will also need to be fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent) with at least three years’ experience working as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer within commercial maintenance.

Importantly, the company will also put you through Mechanical Authorised Person (AP) training, and once this qualification is achieved, you will be eligible for a bonus on top of your salary.

Duties:

• PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) & Reactive Maintenance
• FCUs (actuators, motors, valves)
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• Tap Temperatures
• Flushing
• Water Treatment
• Filters & Belts
• General Building Services / Fabric tasks

Requirements:

• 3+ years Building Services Maintenance experience
• Strong client-facing skills
• Good Mechanical understanding
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing/Mechanical (preferable)

Salary & Benefits:

• £42,000 - £44,000 per annum
• Bonus available once Mechanical AP status is achieved
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
