BMS Engineer
London & M25.
£60,000 - £70,000

An exciting opportunity for a BMS Engineer to work for a privately owned business covering the commercial and corporate industry in the London & M25 region.
 
Working Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for fault finding, PPMs, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues on the BMS systems across multiple sites with the opportunity to work remotely.
 
You will be responsible for ensuring the BMS in each building is running with optimised performance, identifying faults on BMS and controls systems, whilst implementing energy saving across the portfolio via the BMS system.
 
Experience

• Experienced in the controls industry together as well as familiarity with motor control centres, control panels, wiring diagrams, input/output schedules. 
• Commission, maintain and repair BMS systems across multiple sites, ensuring reliable performance and compliance with client SLAs.
• Familiar with "BMS NX" and "BMS AX" and Niagara
• Communication systems and cabling methods such as Ethernet, fibre, copper, serial interface, and wireless systems.
• Changing Controllers
• Head Ends
• Valves
• Networking
• HMIs

Requirements

• A HND or equivalent technical qualification in BMS or Electronic Controls.
• Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status or working towards.
• Trend or Siemens Accredited
• The post does not require a valid driving licence.
