An exciting opportunity for a mechanical engineer to work for a leading FM service provider on a brand-new, prestigious site in the West End. Working Monday to Friday, 8-5, the role will cover planned and reactive maintenance of landlord areas within high-end commercial office space.
 
Successful candidates will be experienced with Building Maintenance and fully mechanically qualified, able to work independently whilst also being a strong team player. This is a client-facing role, requiring patience, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. You will be joining a team of three engineers on site.
 
Duties

• PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) & Reactive Maintenance
• HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, VRFs)
• Pumps, Motors & Valves
• Boilers & Heating Systems
• Chillers & Cooling Systems
• BMS Monitoring
• Water Treatment (taps, flushing, sampling)
• Filters & Belts
• General Building Services

Requirements

• Recognised Mechanical Qualifications (Level 2 or equivalent as a minimum)
• Strong Building Services Maintenance experience
• HVAC experience essential
• Client-facing and professional in approach
• Career-driven and motivated
• Polite and personable

Salary and Benefits

• Monday to Friday, 8-5 working week
• £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
