Electrical Engineer

An exciting opportunity for an electrical engineer to work for a leading FM service provider on a brand-new, prestigious site in the West End. Working Monday to Friday, 8-5, the role will cover planned and reactive maintenance of landlord areas within high-end commercial office space.
 
Successful candidates will be experienced with Building Maintenance and fully electrically qualified, with strong HV switching experience (an in-date ticket is highly desirable). You will be joining a team of three engineers, so the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively is key. This is a client-facing role, requiring patience, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.

• PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) & Reactive Maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• HVAC
• Pumps & Motors
• AC
• Tap Temperatures
• Flushing
• Water Treatment
• Filters
• Belts
• General Building Services
• HV Switching Operations

Requirements

• Recognised Electrical Qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum)
• Strong Building Services Maintenance experience
• HV Switching experience (in-date ticket highly desirable)
• Client-facing and professional in approach
• Career-driven and motivated
• Polite and personable

Salary and Benefits

• Monday to Friday, 8-5 working week
• £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
