An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, working on a prestigious contract in Central London. This Monday-to-Friday role (8 AM to 5 PM) involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across building services within a high-profile environment.

Successful candidates will be experienced with Building Maintenance and fully electrically qualified, being able to work independently whilst also being able to work part of a team. Engineers should have at least three years experience in the commercial building services maintenance. The site is a large high end office space which will involve being very client facing and will require patience and clear communication skills. This is a high profile contract that can be busy from time to time so our client is looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and being kept busy.

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• HVAC
• Pumps & Motors
• AC
• Tap Temperatures
• Flushing
• Water treatment
• Filters
• Belts
• General Building Services

Requirements

• Recognised Electrical qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum)
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable

Salary and Benefits

• Monday to Friday, 8-5 working week
• £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
