Maintenance Electrician

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to cover a commercial building in Marylebone. The successful candidate will be responsible for the M&E maintenance for a tenant, ensuring all systems are compliant, safe, and running efficiently. Please note this position requires you to be on-call 1 in 4.

Our client is open to engineers with experience in the hotel sector who would be interested in moving into the commercial sector.
   
Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance in commercial properties
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectively
• Conducting inspections, testing, and compliance checks
• Emergency lighting testing and remedial
• Working on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site
• Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements:

• Fully qualified in electrical engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Previous experience working on plant systems in commercial buildings
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
• Good fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently
