HVAC Engineer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join a brand-new on-site contract at a large industrial/commercial facility in Durham. You will work as part of a small engineering team, maintaining and repairing all HVAC systems across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and ventilation plant
• Fault finding, troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain operational efficiency
• Supporting colleagues on-site as part of a skilled engineering team
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations
• Producing accurate maintenance reports and documentation

The Ideal Candidate:

• F-Gas Category 1 qualified (essential)
• Proven experience in commercial HVAC maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional, reliable, and a team player

Salary & Benefits:

• £40,000 - £42,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:00pm 
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
