Fantastic opportunity with a leading building services company, located within a prominent commercial property in the heart of the City of London.
Our client is highly regarded for their commitment to investing in their engineers, providing clear career progression pathways and continuous training to support professional growth. This role operates on a 4 days on, 4 days off day shift pattern and is part of an on-site engineering team.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, emergency response, and remedial repairs. Applicants must be fully qualified in either electrical or mechanical disciplines, holding City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 certifications.

Duties:

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Single and Three Phase Power
• Motors
• Generators (on/off load tests) LV/HV
• Shutdowns
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarm Test
• AHUs
• FCUs
• VAVs
• Heat Exchangers
• Minor Plumbing Works
• Tap Temperatures
• Sprinkler Systems
• Pumps
• Water Treatment
• Pressurisation Units
• BMS Operations

Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical  Installations or Mechanical Engineering
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable
• Statuary compliance
• Communicate with the client
