Day Shift Engineer 
City of London 
£45,000 - £50,000

Excellent opportunity with a leading building services provider, based at a prominent commercial property in the heart of the City of London.
Our client is well-regarded for investing in their engineers, offering clear pathways for career progression and ongoing training to support professional development. This position follows a 4 on, 4 off day shift schedule and forms part of an on-site engineering team.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, emergency response, and remedial works. Candidates must be fully qualified in either electrical or mechanical disciplines, holding City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 certifications.

Duties:

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Single and Three Phase Power
• Motors
• Generators (on/off load tests) LV/HV
• Shutdowns
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarm Test
• AHUs
• FCUs
• VAVs
• CRAC units
• Heat Exchangers
• Minor Plumbing Works
• Tap Temperatures
• Sprinkler Systems
• Pumps
• Water Treatment
• Pressurisation Units
• BMS Operations

Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical  Installations or Mechanical Engineering
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable
• Statuary compliance
• Communicate with the client

Salary and Benefits:
