Foot Mobile Engineer

£43,000 - £45,000 per annum 

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer to join our facilities maintenance team covering multiple high-profile commercial sites across Westminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to work in a prestigious location with a stable schedule and a supportive team.

You should hold City and Guild / NVQ qualifications, with 3+ years experience in the maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on electrical systems and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults on electrical installations including lighting, power, distribution boards, and emergency systems.
• Conduct testing, inspection, and certification of electrical installations (18th Edition compliant).
• Carry out basic mechanical maintenance (e.g. AHUs, FCUs, pumps) as required.
• Liaise with clients and site staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations. (essential)
• Experience in commercial building maintenance (essential).
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential – foot mobile role).
