We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our client’s maintenance team at a prestigious commercial property in Mayfair. This role offers the chance to work with a well-established, reputable company within the commercial building maintenance sector, enhance your leadership skills, and operate on a prime site in central London.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance engineers on site, acting as the primary point of contact for the client. Your duties will include maintaining accurate site logbooks, coordinating subcontractors, preparing quotes, managing RAMs and permits, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring compliance with PPM and reactive maintenance schedules
• Allocate and manage preventative maintenance tasks efficiently
• Monitor and verify the lifecycle status of plant equipment
• Support the Building Services Manager with maintenance and engineering activities
• Conduct regular client meetings to address and resolve outstanding issues
• Scope and plan additional maintenance work for your team
• Book subcontractors and manage third-party services
• Respond to out-of-hours incidents as required

Requirements:

• Fully qualified in Electrical Installations 
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong client-facing skills with a professional attitude
• Experience working in a corporate or client-focused environment is highly advantageous

Salary and Benefits:

• £50,000 - £52,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
