We are currently seeking a mechanically biased engineer to join one of the UK’s leading building services providers at a prestigious and long-established site in the City of London. Our client has maintained this site for several years, earning a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service standards. The successful candidate will become part of a large on-site engineering team, responsible for executing planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works, and providing timely responses to emergency situations.

This well-established company is known for investing in its engineers, offering clear paths for training and career progression. The role is based on a prestigious higher education site, a flagship contract that reflects the company’s high standards and long-term commitment.

Duties

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Chilled Water Systems
• Plumbing
• Sprinklers
• Generators
• Pressurisation units
• Generators
• BMS Operation

Requirements

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing

Package

• £45,000 - £50,000
• Monday to Friday split shift - 7am -3pm. 10am - 7pm 
• 25 days holiday
