We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing maintenance provider operating across the UK.

Our client is a privately-owned business with a strong presence in the building services sector. While maintaining a friendly, family-run feel, they also benefit from the structure and stability of a medium-sized company with long-term contracts across the City of London. Role Overview:
Based in the City of London, the successful candidate will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across a portfolio of commercial properties. The role is mobile, so a company van and fuel card will be provided.

We are looking for an electrically-biased engineer with solid mechanical knowledge, particularly in systems such as pumps, booster sets, seals, and bearings. Candidates must have at least 3 years' experience in the commercial building services maintenance sector.

Key Duties:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Reactive Maintenance
• Electrical Fault Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting Testing and Repairs
• Fire Alarm Systems
• Distribution Boards
• Motors, Pumps, Bearings & Seals
• HVAC Systems – AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, VRFs
• Filter and Belt Changes
• General Fabric and Building Services Maintenance

Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations
• Proven experience in building services maintenance (commercial sector)
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

Salary & Package:

• £43,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
