Mobile Maintenance Engineer
South London and Surrey
£40,000 - £43,000

We currently have a great opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join an established privately owned maintenance provider. The role is covering planned and reactive maintenance building services across mainly commercial properties, located across South London and Surrey. 

In this role you will be expected to undergo PPM and reactive maintenance tasks and respond to any on site emergencies. To be successful in this role you will need to be a motivated individual who is prepared to thrive in a client facing environment. You will also have to be fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds or NVQ equivalent). To succeed in this role you will also need to have at least three years experience working as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer within commercial maintenance.

Duties:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• FCUs (actuators, motors, valves)
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• Tap Temperatures
• Flushing
• Water treatment
• Filters
• Belts
• General Building Services / Fabric tasks

Requirements:

• 3+ Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing
• Good Mechanical understanding
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing/Mechanical Preferrable

Salary and Benefits:

• £40,000 - £42,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
