We've got a fantastic opportunity for a Handy Person / Fabric Engineer to join our client on a high end site in Exeter! You'll be joining a market leader within building maintenance, join a great team and receive opportunities to progress further in your career.

For the role of Handy Person / Fabric Engineer, you will carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on site, carry out general Handy Person and carpentry works on site, represent the client in a positive manner, and ensure all work is carried out in a professional manner.

To be successful in this Handy Person role, you must have prior experience in a similar role, live within commutable distance to site and a positive and professional attitude.

Handy Person Duties:

• PPM and reactive maintenance 
• Responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on property fixtures and fittings and general grounds maintenance.
• Assist with the Inventory move-out process to ensure compliance with lease obligations.
• Assist with ensuring compliance with building Health and Safety regulations.

Handy Person Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role 
• Live within commutable distance to site 
• A client facing, positive and professional attitude

Salary and Benefits:

• £30,000 per annum 
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm 
• 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays 
• Join a market leader within building maintenance 
• On site parking
