Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Great role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a high end, commercial state of the art contract. You'll be working in a great environment for a long standing, market leading building service provider. You'll get the chance to manage your own workload, prove your technical abilities and receive the necessary opportunities to progress further within.

For this role, you'll cover PPM and Reactive maintenance on site, respond to client needs and explain any on going works, liaise with subcontractors, actively fault find on M&E systems and ensure you're representing the company in a positive manner.

To be successful for this role, you must be fully qualified in Electrical Installations (C&G / EAL / NVQ or equivalent), live in commutable distance to site, at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance and a positive attitude.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties:

• To identify, diagnose, and rectify faults, performing repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks as necessary.
• M&E Planned and Reactive maintenance - EML and Fire Alarm tests, AHU, FCU, minor Plumbing and Fabric maintenance, lighting & lamping repairs etc.
• Execute routine servicing, repair, and adjustment of machinery or equipment according to scheduled maintenance plans designated by the Engineering Supervisor/ BSM's.
• Employ a flexible approach to encompass additional skills or trades, prioritising cost-effective completion of all assigned tasks.
• Ensure optimal plant and equipment efficiency by meticulously adhering to prescribed requirements and instructions for each task.
• Fulfill any reasonable duties as assigned by the Building Services Manager or Engineering Supervisor.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

• Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (C&G / EAL / NVQ or equivalent)
• At least 3 years experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
• Client facing attitude 
• Great communication skills

Salary and Package:

• £43,000 - £45,000 per annum 
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm 
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
