Mechanical Shift Engineer

Our client is on the search to find a mechanical engineer to join there team on the flagship site in the heart of Central London. Our client are currently one of the lead Building services providers in the UK. This will give you the opportunity to work for a company that offer internal progression and also offer training course to up skill their engineers. 

In this role you will be expected to undergo PPM and reactive maintenance tasks and respond to any on site emergencies. To be successful in this role you will need to be a motivated individual who is prepared to thrive in a client facing environment. 

To succeed in this role you will also need to have at least three years experience working as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer within commercial maintenance.

Duties:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
• Sprinkler Systems
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Tap Temperatures
• Chilled Water Systems
• Plumbing
• Generators
• Pressurisation units
• BMS Operation

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ (or equivalent)
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing

• £52,000 - £55,000 per annum
