Air Conditioning Engineer

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Air Conditioning Engineer to join one of the UK’s leading maintenance providers. This role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems across a large commercial office space.

Key Responsibilities:

• PPM & Reactive Maintenance – Ensure HVAC systems are maintained in line with contract requirements.
• Fault Finding & Repairs – Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a range of A/C systems.
• Systems Covered – Single & multi-splits, VRVs, VRFs, VAVs, DX Units, CRAC units, Close Control.
• Technical Work – Compressor replacements, condensers, re-gassing, brazing, soldering, and more.
• Compliance – Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and up to date.
• Subcontractor Coordination & Management – Liaise with third parties when required.
• General Building Services – Support with PPMs and reactive works where necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

• F-Gas Category 1 (Essential)
• 3+ years’ experience in service & maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Commutable to Central London

Salary & Benefits:

• £47,000 - £50,000 per annum
• Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Electric Van Provided
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
