Mobile Electrical Engineer 
Westminster City 
£43,000 - £45,000

Great role for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a market leader in building services! Covering commercial properties within the City of Westminster. You will gain valuable experience, additional training and Low Voltage training. 

For this role, you will be carry out PPM and Reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems on each site, actively fault find for any issues, liaise with subcontractors, ensure clients are satisfied with the service provided and adhere to SFG20 standards.

To be successful in the Mobile Electrical Engineer role, you must be fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent , a full UK Driving license, at least 3 years experience in commercial building services and a client facing attitude.

Mobile Electrical Engineer Duties:

• PPM and Reactive Maintenance 
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• Sprinkler systems
• AHUs, FCUs
• Generators
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Pumps & Motors
• BMS Operation
• Site Folders, Elogbooks, Managing Contractors

Mobile Electrical Engineer Requirements:

• Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent)
• A full UK driving license 
• At least 3 years experience in commercial building services 
• Client facing attitude 
• Testing and Inspecting qualification - Desirable, not essential

Salary and Benefits:

• £43,000 - £45,000 per annum
