This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join one of the markets leading building services companies. Our client is currently conducting maintenance on a state of the art and are not looking for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join the team and hit the ground running. The mechanically qualified engineer will be working a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off days only. In your day to day you are expected to complete planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site. This is a great opportunity to work on a prestigious site, with the role being very hands on and very client facing.

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
• Cooling Towers
• Tap Temperatures
• Chilled Water Systems
• Heat Exchangers
• Plumbing
• Generators
• Pressurisation units
• Generators
• BMS Operation
• Motors

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience - 5 Years Min
• Very Client facing
• Driven and Methodical

• £46,000 - £48,000 per annum
