Electrical Supervisor 
City of London 
£60,000 - £64,000

An exciting opportunity for a a Electrical Supervisor to work for a leading FM service provider on a prestigious contract in the West End. You will be joining an exciting contract for our client with a well established team that is personable and invests in your future providing further development and progression with the contract having the scope to increase in size and value.

You will be liaising with a team of 18 engineers, working closely with the client, providing regular updates and progress reports and responsible for the audits, sub contractors, logbooks, method statements, RAMS and other relevant documentation. This role will include ensuring all compliance is being met for several commercial sites.

Duties:

• Liaise with a team of maintenance engineers 
• Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
• Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
• Organising subcontractors
• Quotations
• Completing logbooks and RAMS
• Reports
• Conducting client meetings
• Ensuring the Contract Manager is kept up to date on a regular basis 
• Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.
• Permits to work
• Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.

Requirements:

• Qualified in either electrical or mechanical engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) 
• Experience in commercial maintenance (At least 5 years prior)
• Experience managing a team of engineers 
• Maintaining client relationships experience  
• Documentation management experience 
• Ambitious character 

Salary and Benefits:

• £60,000 - £64,000 per annum 
• Private Pension and Healthcare provided
• Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM)
• 25 days holiday entitlement + Bank holidays
