Shift Engineer

We are currently looking for a highly experienced shift engineer to hit the ground running with a leading building services provider, offering an exceptional package in return. This opportunity will offer the engineer a great chance to work on a prestigious site right in the heart of Central London, this role also offers training and plenty of overtime. 

The role will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of the engineering team. Working on a continental shift pattern, days and nights, the maintenance engineer should be Electrically biased, holding City and Guild / NVQ qualifications and have at least 3 years experience in the maintenance sector.

Duties:

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
• Organising subcontractors
• Quotations 
• Health & Safety
• Logbooks
• Risk assessments
• Permits to work

• Electrically or Mechanically Qualified (City & Guilds  Level 2 and 3 or NVQ equivalent)

• £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
