Multi Skilled Engineer

This is a great opportunity for a multi skilled engineer to join a well respected and highly regarded building services provider on a brand new commerical property in Oxford. Our clients are well known for upskilling there engineers and providing them with future training required to help them in their role.

This role follows a Monday - Friday pattern on a state of the art commercial property, undergoing PPM and Reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems alongside any remedial works and emergencies on site. This is a fantastic role for an experienced maintenance engineer with outstanding knowledge on mechanical and electrical systems.

Duties:

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Shutdowns, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment and BMS Operation
• Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
• Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
• Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
• Organising subcontractors
• Completing logbooks and RAMS
• Reports
• Permits to work
• Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.

• Fully qualified in either Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent) 
• Ability to fault find, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems 
• At least 5 years experience prior within commercial maintenance 
• Career driven and motivated

• £48,000 - £50,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday, (8am - 5pm)  
• 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
