We are actively recruiting for a Multi - Skilled Engineer to join our client on a large commercial site near Chelsea, this is a fantastic opportunity if you're looking to develop your skills in commercial maintenance, gain valuable career experience and to be part of a tight knit, experienced team. You will also be joining one a market leader within the building maintenance sector!

In this role, you will carry out Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance, ensure all site logbooks and documents are updated on a regular basis, ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided and react to any emergencies on site. 

Working hours for this job are Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm. 

Job duties:

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
• Ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided
• Respond to emergencies on site 
• Fault find on M&E systems 
• Quotations 
• Health & Safety
• Logbooks
• Risk assessments
• Permits to work

Job Requirements:

• Fully qualified in either Electrical Installations or a Mechanically relevant engineering course (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent)
• At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance 
• Polite and personable 
• Apprentice trained - Desirable 

Salary and Benefits:

• £42,000 - £47,000 per annum 
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
