Our client is looking to strengthen their team by taking on another Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a high end, semi - critical site in Liverpool Street, who will provide you with High Voltage Training! This is a fantastic role to gain exposure on a flagship site, work in an experienced team of maintenance engineers and to gain valuable career experience.

In this role, you will carry out PPM and Reactive Maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, assist in the site shutdowns, liaise with subcontractors, ensure all log books are updated and ensure the client needs are adhered to.

This is a static role following a continental shift pattern (Days and nights).

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent), at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, a client facing attitude and able to work well individually and as part of a team.

Daily Duties:

• Planned Preventive and Reactive Maintenance 
• Assisting on site shutdowns / switching 
• Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
• Ensure all site log books are updated 
• Liaise with subcontractors 
• Carry out general maintenance is carried out 

• Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent)
• At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance 
• A polite and client facing attitude
• Apprentice trained - Desirable, not essential 
• Experience in switching / shutdowns - Desirable, not essential 

• £51,000 per annum
