Pay rate: Up to $62.50 per hour (incl. casual loading) plus Super

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse with MBC Nursing, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of our clients — both in residential aged care and community settings. You'll work collaboratively with care teams, families, and allied health professionals to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering direct clinical care in line with individual care plans
Monitoring health status and responding to changing needs
Supporting and supervising care staff with clinical oversight
Communicating effectively with clients, families, and team members
Ensuring compliance with documentation, policies, and regulations
Contributing to continuous improvement and high standards of care
About You
You're a skilled nurse who leads with empathy, professionalism, and heart. You bring a calm, capable presence and a true desire to improve lives.
You'll bring:
Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care or community nursing
Excellent clinical judgement and communication skills
A collaborative and supportive attitude
Commitment to person-centred care and client dignity
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Additional Requirements:
National Police Check
NDIS Workers Screening Check
Working with Children Check
Flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations (in line with health directives)
Experience in dementia care, palliative care, or chronic disease management is highly regarded
