Positions: Care Support Worker
Type: Residential, Community, NDIS and Aged Care
Pay rate: Up to $42.28 per hour (incl. casual loading) plus Super
Location: Newcastle

About the Role
 
As a Care Support Worker, you'll provide hands-on support and assistance to clients in their homes and communities. Every day is an opportunity to make someone's life brighter through practical help, encouragement and genuine care.
 
Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care and daily living support (e.g. hygiene, meals, mobility)
• Building trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Supporting independence, dignity, and individual choice
• Promoting safety, wellbeing, and quality of life
• Assisting with community access, companionship, and social activities
• Following care plans and reporting any changes in client needs

About You
 
We're looking for people who genuinely care. You'll bring:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
• Commitment to upholding client dignity, privacy and rights

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent) - or working towards
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate
• National Police Check
• NDIS workers screening check
• Working with Children Check
• Flu and COVID-19 Vaccination (as required by current health directives)
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle with full car insurance (preferred)
