We’d love to have you on our nursing team
If you have at least 12 months experience working within a facility and/or in community environment then your experience will be a valuable addition to our nursing team.
  
You’ll be providing meaningful care during community shifts, with support from a team that genuinely has your back. We’re looking for someone who takes the time to connect with people and brings a kind, steady presence to every visit.
 
What your day will look like:

• Support clients with activities of daily living, including personal care
• Deliver high-quality care in a home-based setting
• Ensure clients arrive at their appointments on time
• Assist with medication management
• Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring all dietary needs are met
• Provide domestic assistance to maintain a clean and safe environment

You will need the following compliances:

• Qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care or Health Services Assistance
• Current Working with Children's Check
• National Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker screening check
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Evidence of current flu vaccination
• Evidence of 3x Covid vaccinations
• Australian Citizen or have full working rights in Australia
• Excellent communication skills
• Above all else, an absolute love for helping others!
