Position: Nursing Rostering Coordinator
Start: ASAP
Duration: Casual contract
Salary: $35.00 per hour plus superannuation
Location: Port Macquarie, NSW   

Primary Purpose of the Position
 
The Nursing Rostering Coordinator is responsible for the management of client bookings and requests, records management and staff inductions. This role acts as a first point of call for client requests and enquiries for the business units.   
 
Duties:

• Assisting with compliance management
• Rotational on-call roster (including weekend shifts)
• Receiving and managing of booking/client requests
• Ensure client schedules are filled
• Answering calls and helping with service requests
• Triaging communication to the most appropriate team member
• Ensuring data, documents and notes are input into appropriate database
• Client contact
• Incident reporting
• CI raising
• Tracking hours/statistics
• Assist with recruitment and induction of new staff as required
• General administrative duties
• Other duties as directed by the company

Experience

• Qualification in health care and business administration preferred
• Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Strong rostering scheduling experience
• Sound computer and systems skills
• Customer service experience
