Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and cultivate sales for electrical power distribution equipment and services in a well established territory.
- Target electrical contractors, distributors, end users and utilities to sell electrical services and electrical distribution product
- Grow customer base/achieve and/or exceed (personal and company) sales goals on a monthly basis within assigned region.
Experience:
Ideally you are experienced selling electrical power distribution services (maintenance testing, engineering studies, engineering design work and emergency response)and products (breakers, switchgear, and controls) to the industrial, utility, and commercial markets.
You are based in or around the Dallas/FT Worth area and are comfortable working remotely from a home-based office.
We are looking for a minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling of electrical/power distribution systems and services.
Added pluses are experience selling complex enterprise solutions and a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with electrical distribution systems.
Other Requirements - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in electrical distribution services/sales
- Strong product knowledge of multiple brand electrical switchgear and devices- control products and electrical distribution.
- Knowledge of various industry standards such as: NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA
- Proven Sales experience in the utility and industrial market.
