Job Title: Service Manager

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of a diverse rental electrical equipment fleet. In this critical role, you’ll ensure equipment reliability and efficiency by managing service workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure peak equipment performance.
• Manage employees of Houston shop including field technician, service team, and sales team
• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and provide solutions to maintain reliability.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to meet project requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, monitor budgets, and generate reports on equipment status and performance. Be able to do a P&L.

• Experience: Proven experience in rental electrical equipment maintenance and repair management.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and troubleshooting methods.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage resources, schedules, and service priorities, including financial records and P&L
• Problem-Solving: Skilled at diagnosing and resolving equipment issues efficiently.
• Safety Leadership: Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Education: Technical degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
