Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees multiple layers of organizational structure and plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future.
Strategic Leadership - Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Partner with the executive team to address workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational needs.
- Lead change management initiatives to support growth and transformation.
Employee Engagement and Culture - Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the organization’s values.
- Drive employee engagement through tools like surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring alignment between practices and values.
Talent Acquisition and Development - Oversee recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent across all functions.
- Design and manage onboarding programs to ensure effective integration of new hires.
- Implement professional development programs to support employee growth and succession planning.
Compensation and Benefits - Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Align performance management systems with business goals.
- Stay informed on market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Compliance and Risk Management - Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Address employee relations issues proactively to promote fairness and consistency.
- Mitigate organizational risks through effective compliance monitoring and workplace issue resolution.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are highly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Expertise in talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
