We’re seeking a highly motivated
Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of
Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) sales across North America, with a primary focus on the New York state region. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organization while building a strong sales channel and driving strategic initiatives.
Your Mission: As a key member of the sales team, you will:
** Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market sales channel strategy.
** Expand and manage third-party channel partner portfolios in assigned territories.
** Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in focused markets.
** Deliver rapid growth in ATS orders, revenue, and margins through strategic initiatives.
** Create and sustain sales plans to meet or exceed business targets.
** Ensure exceptional customer experience through effective sales processes.
What We’re Looking For: Education and Experience:3-5 years of sales experience in the Power Management industry.
Skills and Attributes:
** Proven success in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives.
** Hands-on, results-oriented, and resourceful with a continuous improvement mindset.
** Salesforce CRM experience (preferred).
** Strong presentation and communication skills.
** Willingness to travel frequently across North America.
