Position: Field Services Project Coordinator

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for project management? We are seeking a dedicated Field Services Project Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. This position supports the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and communication, ensuring that all projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate resources, equipment, and information for seamless project execution.
- Track project milestones and performance, ensuring alignment with goals.
- Facilitate meetings, distribute updates, and manage project documentation.
- Conduct quality reviews and ensure deliverables meet required standards.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and preparation of presentations.
- Assist in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: - Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Competencies: - Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and quality assurance focus.
Work Environment: - Primarily office-based, with 90% of the time spent seated.
- Requires handling correspondence, filing, and working on a computer screen for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
