Field Service Scheduler

Role Overview: 

We are looking to hire a Field Service Scheduler for a global leader in energy management solutions, committed to delivering innovative, high-quality products that meet the demands of today’s advanced energy needs. 

This role is critical in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of scheduled services within the scope of customer projects. Reporting directly to the Technical Services Manager, the Field Service Scheduler will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Management:
  Plan and coordinate field services to meet customer requirements using tools such as Service Fusion, QuickBooks, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Reporting:
  Generate weekly field service activity reports linked to customer job purchase orders.
• Team Collaboration:
  Act as a liaison among various internal departments to drive projects to successful completion.
• Customer Interaction:
  Maintain detailed records of customer activities and document all interactions.
• Field Technician Coordination:
  Assign appropriate field service technicians to projects and monitor for any necessary follow-ups or return visits.
• Problem Solving:
  Analyze challenges critically, provide clear instructions, research solutions, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Creative and adaptable approach to scheduling methods.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including QuickBooks, Excel, and Service Fusion.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Experience in assigning technicians to specific jobs/projects is a plus.
