Compensation Range DPE: $120,000 - $140,000
Power Careers LLC is confidentially seeking a qualified Service Center Manager or Electrical Field Service Manager with supervisory experience to take on a new role for a dynamic and growing employer. This is a real opportunity to improve your workplace experience. Our client is a national company with offices throughout the US catering to the power engineering, power distribution equipment and the power services markets.
This site-specific, full time role will have you working in client environments overseeing field engineers and technicians. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervision of staff technicians, including scheduling, performance evaluations and customer interface
- Responsible for the sales, profit, and quality of operations
- Promote new business by working with the Region Director, Regional Sales Manager, and Marketing Services
- Develop Area Profit plans to ensure the Service Center is on track and hold management committee meetings to review business progress
- Review and develop proposals, reports of field engineers, and recommend field technical procedures and procedure changes

Ideally you may have worked for a Power Maintenance and Testing Company (NETA or NICET Certified), or even a Power Distribution OEM (we do also need subject matter experts SMEs), or perhaps an engineering consultancy, a power distribution equipment refurb outfit, or an electrical contractor? Either way, we want to talk to you, confidentially of course!
-Added pluses are previous NETA certification, utility experience, manufacturers training on power distribution equipment, previous tenure working with protection and control schemes.
