We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and a strong desire to grow their technical capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with team members, and building high-quality ServiceNow solutions under the guidance of senior developers and architects.
About the Role
As a Junior ServiceNow Developer, you will work closely with senior developers and business analysts to deliver effective and reliable ServiceNow solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow features including ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Events, Notifications, Service Portals, and Catalog Items
• Contributing to building integrations using IntegrationHub and native integrations (e.g., Active Directory)
• Translating functional requirements into configured solutions in collaboration with senior team members
• Performing testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution activities
• Maintaining documentation and adhering to development best practices

Skills & Experience Essential:

• 1-3 years' hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, or administration (experience with PSDS highly regarded)
• Understanding of ServiceNow workflows, automation, and catalog development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members
