Reason Group is on the lookout for strategic and experienced Solution Architects (Permanent role)with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone ready to step up and shape how modern, scalable platforms can deliver true impact across government and complex public sector environments. 
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you’ll work closely with Reason Group’s delivery teams and clients to design and deliver elegant, future-ready solutions across transformation programs. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our platforms are well-integrated, secure, and aligned to client needs—while supporting pre-sales, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership across projects. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
Solution Architecture & Design: 

• Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across CSM, HRSD, PSDS, ITSM, ITOM and custom applications. 
• Lead the transition of legacy systems (e.g., Temenos Journey Manager) to ServiceNow, leveraging OOTB forms and case management. 
• Define integration strategies with enterprise platforms including Azure, Microsoft 365, and external APIs. 

Stakeholder Engagement: 

• Collaborate with business units, delivery teams, and security architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cyber standards 1. 
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints. 

Implementation & Governance: 

• Guide configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow modules using Agile and DevOps practices. 
• Establish and maintain architectural documentation, including current and future state diagrams. 
• Support platform upgrades, release planning, and roadmap development. 

Innovation & Enablement: 

• Evaluate new ServiceNow features (e.g., Now Assist, AIOps, HealthScan) and recommend adoption strategies. 
• Technical qualification and provide solution designs in presales activities 

What makes you a great fit?  

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, with 4+ years in ServiceNow solution design and implementation. 
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, and Service Mapping. 
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, API design, and data migration strategies. 
• Strong understanding of security, identity management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., PSPF, ISM). 
• Familiarity with public sector digital transformation and case management workflows.
