Reason Group is on the lookout for strategic and experienced Solution Architects (Permanent role) with hands-on expertise in SAP to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone ready to step up and shape how modern, scalable platforms can deliver true impact across government and complex public sector environments. 
As a SAP Solution Architect, you’ll work closely with Reason Group’s delivery teams and clients to design and deliver elegant, future-ready solutions across transformation programs. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our platforms are well-integrated, secure, and aligned to client needs—while supporting pre-sales, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership across projects. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Architect end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions (on-premise and cloud) across core modules such as Finance, Logistics, HCM, and Procurement 
• Lead solution design workshops and develop architecture roadmaps tailored to transformation objectives 
• Evaluate legacy SAP ECC systems and define migration strategies including selective data transition, system conversion, and new implementation 
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology and TOGAF-aligned enterprise architecture standards 
• Provide technical leadership across SAP RISE engagements, including integration with BTP, CPI, and third-party systems 
• Support pre-sales, proposal development, and client engagement activities for transformation programs 

What makes you a great fit?  

• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations (on-premise and/or RISE). 
• Deep understanding of SAP architecture, including Fiori, CDS views, ABAP on HANA, and extensibility frameworks 
• Experience with SAP RISE deployment models, including private cloud and hybrid integration 
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, TOGAF, and ITIL frameworks. 
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with C-level stakeholders. 
• Familiarity with public sector ERP transformation is highly desirable
