The program planner will be responsible for creating the program schedule, identifying in detail, activities, tasks, dependencies, setting milestones and reporting. This role will work with technical specialists, delivery team leads, business leads and SME’s to plan, build baselines and maintain detailed program schedule. 
  
The Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with Program Managers and Project Managers and functional leads to develop schedules identifying dependencies and setting milestones. 
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Project Managers to continually monitor and update relevant schedules to ensure they are maintained, agreed milestones are met and resources are utilised effectively. 
• Provide efficient scheduling, advice and support to the Program Managers and Project Managers so that they meet their project objectives 
• Ensure the Master Schedule for each program / project is maintained. 
• Ensure the adherence to schedules, deadlines, and project milestones 
• Prepare standardised project status reports, and assists in validating and tracking project delivery activities 
• Perform schedule related analysis and generate insights and recommendation to address risks and issues regarding resource over-allocation and/or under-utilisation 
• Provide governance for project-related scheduling and resource decisions 
• Develop performance metrics for projects and project managers 

  
ESSENTIAL SKILLS  

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Planning, Scheduling and Reporting roles 
• Proficient in Enterprise Project Scheduling Tools and Applications - MS Project preferred 
• Experience in using PowerBI to generate insights and analyses 
• Analytical skills, attention to detail/accuracy and problem solving skills
