Site Supervisor – Large Commercial/Industrial Build (Near Mandurah)

Niche Resources is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to work alongside the Main Supervisors on a large commercial/industrial construction project located just 15 minutes from Mandurah. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-profile build while working with a reputable construction company.

About the Role:

• Work alongside the Main Supervisors to oversee and coordinate daily site operations (greenfields)
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain efficiency and quality
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to drive project success
• Problem-solve and adapt to site challenges in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on large-scale commercial or industrial projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and trades
• Sound knowledge of construction processes, WHS regulations, and industry best practices
• Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and specifications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
