At Niche Resources, we offer a paid traineeship, competitive weekly pay, and a salary range of up to $110,000 - $121,950 per year. You can earn up to and over $180k once you complete the two-year traineeship.

So that you're job-ready from day one. Plus, we provide industry insight from our extensive drilling experience right here in WA!
What we require: - Current Australian C Class manual drivers license (No P-Plates)
- Fit, healthy, and ready to do the hard yards
- Willingness to embark on a highly paid two-year traineeship
- Currently located in WA or in the process of relocating to WA
What we prefer: - Experience in, on, or around drill rigs
- FIFO mining experience in any capacity
- Farming or heavy labour backgrounds
- Current national police clearance
- HR drivers license (HR-B ok)
