Expression of Interest: Experienced Civil Machinery Operators – FIFO Roles Across WA

Niche Resources is seeking experienced machinery operators for major mining, earthmoving, and civil projects across the Pilbara and Goldfields. If you’re chasing FIFO work with strong pay, solid conditions, and long-term opportunities, we’d like to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For
We’re after reliable, experienced operators with backgrounds in civil, mining, agriculture, or heavy industry. Experience in one or more of the following is essential:

• Excavators (up to 30T)
• Graders (gps)
• Dozers
• Loaders 
• Watercarts (moxy)
• HR/HC/MC Trucks (road ranger experience)

You’ll also need:

• A strong safety focus
• Consistent work history
• Current WA residency or intention to relocate
• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug/alcohol screening
• A clean National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Highly Regarded (Not Essential)

• HR, HC, or MC licence
• Relevant machinery tickets
• Previous FIFO or remote-site experience
• Rio Tinto or BHP inducted
• Agricultural or heavy machinery background
• Loadrite

• Only WA residents or those relocating to WA can be considered.
• Pre-employment medicals (including drug and alcohol testing) are mandatory, with ongoing screening required.
